Robin Zwisler

Robin moved to Colorado in the mid 80's, and from day one, she knew she was home. Its beauty, climate and charming people easily persuaded her to stay. Her passions are family, community, education, and the Colorado lifestyle she has grown to know and love.
Helping others find their own corner to call home proved a natural fit, and Robin has deeply enjoyed her years in the Colorado real estate industry working the gamut from first time home-buyers to investors to retirees. With over fifteen years in the industry, and counting, Robin has worked in every market condition and knows the strategies required to produce successful results in both buying and selling. She welcomes the opportunity to see if her extensive experience will be a good fit for your unique needs!
Robin’s deep roots in Northern Colorado and its academic community have led to many wonderful and diverse opportunities over the years. She chose University of Colorado, Boulder to earn her BA and then obtained a Masters in Education here in Colorado as well. Colorado's unique lifestyle fuels both her vocational and avocational pursuits. She’s here to stay!

Ty Zwisler
Photographer / Brand Developer
Ty was born and raised in Colorado, spending his childhood in Longmont. He developed a love for the state early, as it served as a perfect backdrop to his blossoming love of telling stories. Ty has nurtured that love and graduated from Colorado Film School, where he studied screenwriting. Currently he works on his writing portfolio in Longmont.

Ty's passion for artistic filmmaking seeped into other areas creating an interest in photography and creative online marketing. To that end, he took the helm for the digital presence of his family's real estate business so as to cultivate a genuine, meaningful atmosphere for Charter Realty across diverse platforms

When he's not writing or juggling (literally, he's an active member in the juggling community internationally),Ty carves out time for real estate photography. Bringing cinematic framing to residential shots, Ty's signature style makes for unique and memorable listings for Charter Realty.
Donny Zwisler
Property Specialist
A near native of Colorado, arriving in Boulder when he was just two years old, Donny loves all things outdoors. From his own backyard garden beds to the family's 35 acre mountain retreat in Larimer County, you're apt to find Donny working on an outdoor project that involves an ATV, tractor, snow shovel or garden hose

Donny has decades of hands-on experience in the real estate industry. From being the general contractor on several of his own basement finishes, to selling new construction for a nationwide builder, to professionally inspecting property foundations, basements & attics, to residential property investments, he is a real jack of all trades!

Donny's contribution to Charter Reality is diverse and impactful. His vast experience speaks into the eclectic needs of Colorado buyers and sellers, and he's here to assist with client projects and questions, big or small.
